Below are 1 video from our Stress reduction and mindfulness training series.
As well as an example of a yoga class done for one client.

Directions:

1. Breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds

2. Hold the breath for a count of 4 seconds

3. Exhale emptying your lungs through the mouth

Repeat the cycle 3 times This is helpful for stress reduction as well as helping when you need to get rest and can not seem to find focus
