Creation of Wellness Content - Live or pre-recorded classes and content for digital platforms, in the form of video for Instagram. Others include internal platforms serving as a resource for employees, additions to your course, wellness community members or audiences.Benefits: Increase engagement, easy addition of wellness to your brand, 

Recurring Classes - A set day and time where members can drop in for an easy mindful moment to add calm to hectic days and to give the space and time to ask questions about stress reducing solutions (conducted for 10-30min and questions are answered). Benefits: Increase in employee engagement, bite size classes, Due to short segments we are able to get more participation and  measurable improvement in well-being.
