1MinMeditation Workshops

This is a 60-90min interactive workshop where we will go through stress reduction and healthy lifestyle & mindset techniques. This will also be a time that learners can ask any questions that they have regarding wellness, stress reduction and more. The purpose of each workshop is to give learners a calming break as well as equip them with helpful solutions to support their specific needs for wellness and stress reduction at work.

  • 3-4 key topic specific techniques that participants can do with ease, and we tie into their day to day
  • Optional Complimentary: Follow up video support 3 bitesize videos or 1 10min summary for those that were not able to make it. Whichever best serves your needs.
